I have been involved in the development of Strategic plans, Annual Performance and Operational Plans for the Ingonyama Trust Board from 2013 to date. These processes involve a lot of stakeholder engagements with the Board, Management and members of staff. The development of Standard Operating procedures for processes within the organisation to provide deliverables to the Operational plan on a variety of aspects such as Reporting, Finance Management and Supply Chain Management have been undertaken during this period.
The process of monitoring and evaluating (M & E) results achieved against set objectives has also been part and parcel of my work at the end of the financial year in preparation for audit and quarterly for internal audit purposes. The collation of Portfolio of evidence is another critical exercise which I have been involved in to support the results of the reports arising from the M & E exercise.
